Grace N. Fiebig, age 99 of Arlington Heights. Beloved wife of the late Victor Fiebig; loving mother of Carol (James) Spiller, Eileen (the late Charles) Daut, Victor (Claudia) Fiebig and Christine (Michael) Gazda; cherished grandmother of Laura (Greg) Lane, Scott (Maggie) Larsen, David (Angie) Daut, Tara Reibold (Amber Abbinante), Andrew (Raven) Fiebig, Brian (Elizabeth) Fiebig, Sarah (Alex) Georgiades, Kenneth, Anthony, Allison and Mark Gazda and the late Tina Condon; great grandmother of 22; dear sister of 8 siblings; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
At the time of her retirement, at the age of 60, Grace enjoyed traveling the world and related the destinations of those trips to the many historical books she read. Grace received a Volunteer of the Year Award from the city of Arlington Heights, donated time at Northwest Community Hospital. Grace was active on the Arlington Heights Senior Center Advisory Council for 23 years.
Visitation Thursday November 29, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd., (at Northwest Highway) Mt. Prospect, IL 60056.
Visitation Friday 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Wayside Church, 434 W. Park St., Arlington Heights, IL 60005.
Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
